Amazing service, professionalism, and management. I went through the soft touch car wash and had some minor damage happen to my car. One of the workers came right over, and handed me a form to fill out staying that the owner would contact me. The owner, Brian, called me next business day and had the damage fixed by a professional auto body shop. Brian then followed up with me once the work was completed making sure that I was satisfied, and offered me a free Gold wash when I come back. Highly, highly recommend Royal T Car Wash! Couldn't be happier!

I paid $245 for a detail today. They had my car almost 6 hours. I had some sticker glue residue on the back of my vehicle I was expecting to come off with such an expensive detailing. Not only was the residue still there but it looks like they barely took a rag over my rims. They were still dirty. Both the sticker residue and rims came clean with a microfiber cloth and my finger so i can't imagine they scrubbed my car that well. Super disappointed because for the price they charge they should pay much better attention to detail. After leaving this review they contacted me immediately to Make things right. I am willing to overlook this issue because of their quick nd very nice response.i will be giving this place a second chance especially because the interior of my car was immaculate.

Stopped in to wash the motor on my Subaru this morning. Locked my keys in the car with my phone, ID, and money for the self serve pressure washer inside. I had to be home in 30 mins or I would have felt the wrath of my lovely wife. Ran over to Chris and asked him if he had a lockout kit. Comes out two minutes later, kit in hand, and gets me in the car in seconds. Got the wash done and got home with 5 mins to spare. If that's not good customer service than there is no such thing. Also, place is great all around for detailing, cleanliness and pricing. Thanks Chris. Enjoy your pizza. You da man!
