Very friendly gals and professional. I went to get electrolisis got my first treatment and went back to get laser. They are awesome.

The multiple electrolysis sessions I received were not only unsuccessful but left little bumpy scars on my chin with now even thicker hairs growing out of them. I received a Groupon for services here as a gift. The Groupon was not used for the specific small area I requested, and I was prompted to purchase additional sessions to clear the larger area my therapist chose to treat. I’ve never had electrolysis before, and I had what I now know was a severe reaction which should have flagged the therapist to recommend that I not continue. Instead, I was recommended to return weekly for a year to clear the area. I’m glad I finally stopped, though I don’t think I could have continued if I wanted to, my face was in so much pain. It is not the most professional office location, with the feel of going to someone’s house and being taken into a back bedroom. The staff is very friendly, but perhaps very unskilled. I am writing this review nearly a year after receiving treatment, since I now realize my scarring is permanent, and I hope to prevent others from receiving similar scarring, no matter how friendly the staff.

Had my first session of electrolysis and I couldn't be happier. Cindy was super kind and welcoming. I will definitely be coming here for all my aesthetic needs.
