My family’s favorite dry cleaner! The alterations are beautifully done. I have had several dresses with delicate fabric altered or repaired here, and they look great! The owners are always friendly and helpful, too. Everything is finished quickly and on time, and the clothes always look brand new.

This is the second bad experience I have had with this cleaner. The first was with a comforter that was labeled dry clean only. I had brought it to this cleaner twice. The second time I brought it in they informed me that they just through it in a washing machine. What the heck, they charged me $75 to wash my dry clean only comforter in a freaking washing machine. I took it back before they could cause damage and never brought anything back to them until now.nnI dropped off drapes that are also dry clean only a week ago. They told me they would be ready on Monday after 4pm. I went in Tuesday at 3pm, were I was told there was a stain and they needed to clean them again. I said I didn’t bring them in with a stain. They said they would get the stain out. I should have gotten more info, but I didn’t. I just picked them up and they charged me to remove a stain they did. It was on one drape and it was a water stain that was a stripe from top to bottom (these drapes are used in a location nowhere near water). They charged me to clean all 4 again not just the one and it was their fault. She argued that it was my fault and trust me it wasn’t, I am very ocd about cleanliness. I will never return to this place. The location is not worth it. Terrible service trying to make you pay for more then you want and frankly overpriced. My husband uses a different cleaner for his shirts that he’s used for years. I will just go there for now on.nnUpdate: finally had a chance to hang my drapes 5 days later and they have shrunk by about 2 inches in length and there is what appears to be a giant grease stain on one drape. It looks awful, I should have left them dirty as they looked so much better before I took them in. I WILL NEVER GO BACK! The absolute worst dry cleaning experience I’ve ever had. If I could give 0 stars that would still be to much.

I've been coming here for a little while because of its convenient location to my house. But after the last few times, I'll probably go elsewhere.nnI've had alterations done on my Marine Corps uniforms here. Whenever I have gotten promoted, I would bring my uniforms here to get my new ranks sewn on. I would give them written and specific instructions with pictures to reference. And it was still done poorly with the measurements way off. After that, they charged me $78 for them after I was told they would cost only $20-25. They don't tell you how much your clothes will cost beforehand.nnThis has happened on several occasions. If you want to get a general dry clean, then this place is probably fine. But for other clothing alterations and other services, there are other dry cleaners nearby.

I've been doing here for many years. Hands down the best. I like heavy starch, which a lot of other cleaner seem to have trouble with. Not ridge, shirt are done right every time. Good work, Good price, Timely manner, all I ask for.nnOnly issue I have is that lot, always full with lot of hesitant drivers clogging it up.
