Moved into Greenview Village a couple of months ago. Have not lived in an apartment for 45 years. This place is wonderful. My husband and I are very glad we moved here. The office staff, Anna, Ian, and Rich the manager are all very helpful. Maintenance is right there when you put in a request. Would very much recommend this place to anyone.

love living here; safety is number 1. The grounds and set up is so nice; feels like it's own little community. Convenient as well to get to places. The residents here are all so kind and considerate. Management and staff adhere to questions, requests and disturbances promptly and thoroughly. I appreciate it Richard, Ian and Ana and all they do. Even in this difficult time; I still get replies that are satisfactory. Maintenance is great, Bobby is awesome. Hoping to remain here for a long time!

Despite the traffic on front street this place is pretty quiet. Friendly staff, and easy to talk to management. The apartments themselves are pretty nice, and rent isn't too bad. If you choose to live here search for Ian. He's the best one they have working here.

Greenview Village has been such an enjoyable place to live the past couple of years and considering you're close to the city but feels like the suburbs is perfect for a balanced lifestyle. The neighborhood is super cute, cozy and comforting also well maintained. The office and maintenance staff are very friendly and helpful. There are great amenities as well including a pool, gym, tennis court, dog park, and more! The apartments are clean and updated with a more modern look and stainless steel appliances. Overall, I can highly recommend especially if you're looking for affordability and location. You'll definitely enjoy living here!!

Wonderful apartment and nicely located. Leasing office and maintenance stuffs are really nice and helpful. My stay there for 4 and half year was good.
