April and her team were excellent on the sale of our home. From start to finish, April led her teams' involvement in a strong marketing plan, excellent protection and awareness on activity, and clean close. What I really liked was April's willingness to be with us on several occasions - staging, documentation, verifying look of the home, and even bringing us lunch, extra boxes on the day of movement. That kind of personal service - and relationship - you just can't get very easily. I won't normally do this - but I give April and her team the highest recommendation possible. I will work with April again, soon I hope, to buy a different home in St. George

I don't live in the area, so her knowledge of the local market was very helpful. I liked that she took drone photos of my property at her own expense.
