just got my nails done here on Saturday and today is Friday which means it hasn’t even been a week and I had to remove them today. The paint(shellac) was starting to chip off and they looked SO grown out after only (not even) one week.. I showed a picture of what I wanted and although they looked nice in the end it wasn’t nearly what I asked for. The person who did them was very nice but I don’t think I’ll be back. I went here because the other two place I tried were both busy and couldn’t take walk in’s but I should have waited because now I paid $35 for nails for not even a week. I don’t think I’ll be returning.

Although very nice, they dont follow any type of sanitary protocols. I got a pedicure and the nail tech used the same gloves on me as she did the girl before me. She also used a nail file that was used (nail files CANNOT be sanitized therefore are to be only used once) as well as a very dirty looking pumice stone. State board would not be happy.

Got my eyebrows waxed there. Skip this if you're claustrophobic. The waxing room also serves the storage room that hasn't seen a mop or broom in a decade. Super gritty. I wonder how many health violations have been broken. I still wonder why I stayed.

I actually really wish I could give this place 0 stars.nI went in a couple months ago but it still bugs me enough that I felt I need to post a review.nThe guy there was discriminating against me with my disability. He started to remove my old polish for a fill on my acrylics, and kept commenting on how the person who did my nails before shouldn't have done gel polish on me.nBefore I go on, I should explain, I have very short arms, three fingers on each hand, and they are sensitive to being bent weird.nI kept telling him he was hurting me while he bent my fingers backward, he took this as I just needed a break then would go right back to trying to break my fingers while drilling the polish off. When that torture was done, he did the fill and told me to pick out a color I wanted. When I asked where the gel colors were, he told me he wouldn't do gel on me. First off, you're charging me full price for 6 child size fingers, at least do the polish I want. I picked a regular polish color, it looked like a kid painted my nails... when it was time to pay, the woman starred at me signing the credit card slip and glared at me when I put 0.00$ for the tip.nRUDE service all around!
