Heaven on earth! It doesn't get any better. Staff create a relaxing environment that is healthy and healing. The massage treatment and facial are truly the best, with outstanding results. Absolutely amazing. Easy to find and so quaint. Once you pull into the narrow driveway and head back to the lot, they currently have someone outside checking you and and making sure you feel comfortable with the current COVID procedures. Inside, they have a beautiful lobby with items for purchase. I was offered water, hot/cold tea, and given a lovely weighted robe and sandals. I was shown the locker area, and changed, and there are lockers for you to place your belongings in. I noticed they have showers there as well, and everything was very today and clean. Once changed, I was directed to a comfortable waiting area to wait for my appointment, lovely music was playing and the atmosphere was lovely. While at the spa you are required to wear your mask. The masseuse took me to my room and guided me through the next steps. LOVELY HANDS! I felt comfortable in the room, soft music, a light fan and dimly lit. It was easy to feel comfortable and I was checked on periodically to make sure I was enjoying the pressure and how I was feeling. The 90 minutes when too fast! But oh so needed. Best spa I have been to in Albuquerque. Thank you and I cannot wait to come back again!

My sister and I went for a massage and facial. It was very clean. We both felt safe and protected during our entire visit. They have gone above and beyond to comply with the current COVID restrictions. Her massage therapist was Tommy, which she said was the best massage she’s ever received. Lana did my “mask relief facial” which was excellent. I would recommend this for anyone who wears a mask daily. If you are a health care worker who wears an N-95 for 12 hour shifts, then you NEED this facial! Betty’s provided us with great and friendly service. We will definitely be returning to Betty’s in the future.

That one hour steam room is ridiculously wonderful! Christine and her facials are as well. My face feels so revived and fresh. I can’t think of a better gift then the services that are offered here. This is where I gain my balance and peace. I absolutely love that Bettys exists. Thank you guys, I’ve not run into one single bad massage!

You'll never know how good you have it locally until you try. I am the type of person that would plan a trip around visiting a resort specifically to book spa treatments and Betty's Bath & Day Spa did not disappoint. Not only was the staff extremely professional and genuine but the spa menu was exceptional especially taking and consideration the pandemic that we are living. The facility was very clean and presentable, there were additional measures in play to guarantee that the guest visiting would be safe in these very uncertain times that we are living in. I have found my new favorite local spa and I look forward to future treatments with Betty's Bath & Day Spa. There's really no need to risk traveling outside the state when this facility is more than up to par. If you've been here before you know what I'm talking about, if you haven't I encourage you to treat yourself you won't regret it and your body will thank you for it.
