Let me start off by saying that I have never written a review for anything, but after this I knew I had to. I brought both my daughters in and they had two completely different experiences. One had her nails turn out great, the other did not. My oldest daughter’s nail technician was friendly and did a wonderful job. My younger daughter was unhappy with her nails and told the nail tech while she was getting them done that they were not turning out the way she had hoped. While getting her nails done, she felt rushed and every time she wanted to make a suggestion, she was immediately shot down. The nails were completely uneven and lumpy. Instead of apologizing, the nail tech got defensive and aggressive. I was very displeased with the customer service. They never even tried to make it right. We asked what our options were to have the nails fixed and the nail tech was extremely upset. Her behavior made both of my daughters uncomfortable and left the place crying. It is unfortunate that they at the very least did not try to fix them. We will not be returning.

As a 76yo male who just lost his nail salon virginity, I was delighted by the experience and the results. The young lady who manicured me was sweet and full of useful tips on nail care. The dry and cold of NH winters promote splitting and cracking of aged nails, and I'm hopeful I've found an antidote at Healing Hands.

I’m not normally one to take the time to give a review as I believe every business should meet friendliness, cleanliness, and standard business expectations. Although, Healing Hands Nail Salon time after time seems to exceed these expectations. Not only is this a family run business, but they welcome everybody with a smile passing it on to their clients when they leave with cute trending results. They insure a great mission to be apart of the community, environment, and still stay professional. What a perfect local salon with many services to offer, not to mention the homey setting. I always ask for Miranda when I get a nail service. Miranda is punctual, attentive, and precise. You can tell how much she loves to meet every clients diverse needs making them feel relaxed, refreshed, and beautiful at the end of her service. She’ll always squeeze you in so go book with her! I would recommend this salon to anyone and they should be proud. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Healing Hands took my nails from broken and sad to absolutely beautiful. My nails were in such poor condition it took us months to get them strong and growing. They are beautiful now and I am no longer embarrassed by them. Staff is awesome, friendly, and knowledgeable, and fun to be with. Healing Hands gets 5 thumbs up!
