Terrible management, wish I could say the name of the manager that handled the situation the way she did, she lied about her name and hid her name tag, apparently it’s cindy or Diane? She also gave out fake corporate #s and refused to assist with any issue we were having. Go support your local feed supply in ossipee or the local hardware store, this place does not care about you business.

I'm not going to willingly visit this store again.nnLook, I understand that things are tough, and there's lots of things to be stressed about, however dealing with customer service that's half a shaky step above abusive is too much.nnHere is why I'm unhappy with the store:nnPrice tags on the shelves do not, and rarely, match what's on display. This isn't recent, this is as it has been for the last 2 years I've lived in this area.nnThe employees don't give two rats behinds about actually stocking the shelves accurately, or getting the online orders handed out with a minimum of fuss. A major issue with this is management, and their attitudes toward both employee happiness and customer service.nnThe store is really lacking in cleanliness. I'm not sure how it is in the ladies room, but the men's room is a disaster. There are spills of sticky gunk in the aisles. There are broken bottles of chemicals on the shelves leaking onto product that shouldn't be wetted. Doe urine bottles leaking.nnSome paint and better lighting would assist in the store not feeling so closed in and dimly lit. I've been to TC's from Florida to Maine and this one feels like it's amongst the least cared for.nnTC sends me emails, mails me a flyer, and frankly, it's not enough. There is a severe disconnect between what is offered and what's on the plate. If you as management want my business, you're going to have to step it up. Stop dumping on your employees and antagonizing them. Perhaps if they feel like they're valued, they won't be such lovely, bless your heart people.nnTalk to your regional management and get some more hours allotted for manpower and have someone clean that place up. Replace the lights, scrub that filthy pit you call a toilet.nnUntil I see some kind of improvement and hear that the employees aren't being treated like manure, I'll tell folks to go to the feed store or the blue and oranges guys in Conway.nnIf management wants to ask me about these issues, you can email me.nnHave the day y'all deserve, Tractor Supply.

This semed pretty much equal to other TSC stores I'd been in before. The plants on display outside were wilted and dying, but inside everything seemed fine. However, the Coronavirus procedures were not good. A sign on the door said masks were required, but employees and customers alike walked freely without them. One employee had no mask in sight, one had hers around her chin, and the cashier (who was fortunately behind plexiglass) had hers hanging off one ear. People in the store walked way too closely, and I didn't get the impression there was any regular sanitation going on. There was Purell by the door. I would probably give this store 4 stars if they took public health more seriously!

Order something online...they couldn’t find the order...that happens sometimes...stopped into the store...they couldn’t find it but said they would call in 5 minutes...it’s been 2 days...wonder how long we should wait? We ordered it elsewhere

Polite staff but the store was poorly stocked.
