The service I received was great. Excellent customer service skills and knowledge of different services. Jake always responds to every question that I ask and knows what he's doing or knows what needs to be fixed. I was very impressed and satisfied with the services. This company is always being truthful with the service (fee) charge unlike other companies. Shawn does an amazing job beyond what needs to be done. Again this company is real. No doubt I would use Plumbing specialties again for any types of plumbing issues in the future for me and families.

Jake was super friendly and easy to deal with . His team installed and removed hot water in under 2 hours. They where super friendly and professional .
