Terrible service. Waited 10-15 min to check in, no one but myself and another customer (who later left) in the lobby. Got to the room it was very dirty, mattresses were in poor condition, floors were disgusting. We asked for late checkout (1p) that they granted, then the front desk called no less than 8 times trying to rush us out between 11a and 1p.nnOn the upside there is available semi-truck parking, they were cheap and they were hassle free about small dog pet policy.nnMy advice: There is a bar downstairs...before you check in, go down there, get wasted, then the dirty room and lousy service won't bother you as much.nnThere are also several other comparably priced, better quality hotels in the immediate area. Staff was amazing, and the room was exceptionally clean. I definitely would recommend this hotel, and will be staying here again next time I come through omaha!

Matt, Amid and Ganshyam have made my girlfriend and I feel at home at Super 8. Almost two months into our second long-term stay here and we have not had a single issue. I recommend this Super 8 for room rates, customer service, breakfast that is consistently good, the bar, Best Pub, and in respect to Covid-19, the rooms are clean, masks are worn & hand sanitizer is available at the front desk. Thank you! Big love!
No service for a bad hip... My wife has a bad hip and they wouldn't accommodate us a smoking room down stairs. They have no elavtor... And they didnt seem to care so we came to another hotel WHO ACCOMMODATE US WITH A DOWNSTAIRS room with smoking big thumbs down for super 8
