Went to go renew my license and the employee at the door stopped me and started questioning me why I was there... which was strange because I didn’t see anyone else getting the third degree.nI told him I was there to renew my license and he asked if I had my proper documentation...nI asked him what documentation was that? And he had no idea either so not sure why he asked butnIf he works at the DMV and doesn’t know what documentation I need... how am I supposed to know?nHe eventually just pointed in a vague direction and told me to go over there and fill out the form but there were like 10 people all huddled up so it made it hard to determine where he was pointing.nI tried to ask him but didn’t get a response so that was frustrating.nThe customer service was just lacking and the employee was just extremely rude and pushy.nThere was no clear direction of what/ where I was supposed to go.nI decided to just leave and just did it online because the in person experience didn’t help me any so might as well just go online and try to do it by myself.nWhat a nightmare.nYou probably should have someone with better understanding and customer service at the door.
I had a great experience here. The service agents were kind, it was very well organized and covid conscious. Thank you for a good experience.
When I went here to update my ID they had a (very nice and helpful) person in the vestibule to make sure you had the proper paperwork before entry. It was not over crowded like I'm used to at the DVM, and overall the process was very quick and smooth. I highly recommend this location!
