Charged twice. I called and they made it right.
This is one of the few washes in the area that has soft touch for really getting the crud off my truck. However, it has only been working once in about five visits. Leaving the poor review because it's frustrating to make the trip this way just to have the wash always be out of service. Why is it so hard to find a good, affordable, reliable car wash. Thinking about opening my own place at this point since obviously there is not enough competition in this space.nn---nUpdating my review from 1 to 3 stars to reflect the willingness of the business to reach out to me to make this right. Monitoring reviews and working to fix issues are signs of a well run business.
I like the touchless car wash. They have a little vending machine that is handy. This is normally my go to for air in my tires but I noticed this morning they no longer have the air hose.nn***UPDATE***nnThe air hose is back and better! They have also improved their washes and added some other nice features. My favorite carwash!
Touch free wash doesn't get it all but over all not to bad!!
I’ve been seriously searching for a car wash around town that has the best vacuums and hot wash self wash bays. I’ve found it folks. This place will get everything off your car I promise or I’ll wash it myself for free. I detailed cars when I was a teenager so washing my car is dear to my heart and finding the right place counts. Thanks tornado wash for beating the rest. I really appreciate the pride and effort. It shows.
