You can read the stories, see the pictures, and let your younger family members crawl don some gear and run the lights and siren. The singular best collection of equipment and memorabilia in the state. Worth your time.
Very interesting place to visit. Lots of history in one building. Volunteer that gave the tour was friendly and personable. A definite must see if your visiting Nebraska City. I highly recommend the whole town. They are a wonderful friendly town with so many interesting sights and shops.
Very cool and a lot of history to be seen.
Considering that this beautiful museum is entirely supported by volunteers, donations and fundraising, it is a true gem. Our guided tour provided in-depth detail into every piece on display complete with some personal humour. This is a must stop visit spot for anyone who has waved at a firetruck.
Really cool older building with tons of character. Officiated a wedding here and it was absolutely beautiful.
