Screwed up the same order twice, food inside the bag was just thrown together and destroyed. Probably will not be coming back again.

I would give it less if there weren't some very nice ladies there. But there's a couple of men that work there after so rude. Last night i ordered a very simple order and he asked you want sauce. I said yes, please. When my order was done. He almost thru the bag at me and no sauce. I've had problems with him before. He is always rude. And will hand you the food and shut the window. Without saying anything. He's very short with conversation and just very rude

If you are in a hurry avoid this place. Waited in the drive through for an HOUR for our food. My husband left our car, walked up the street to Arby's and was in our car with food before we received our order. If a restaurant can't handle the orders they need to post something so people aren't stuck in a drive through with no way out. Will never eat at this location again.

Waited in drive thru for 20 minutes, no receipt. Was asked what sauce I wanted but recieved NO sauce. They definitely need to improve waiting time and customer service!!!

3 cars in the drive thru and waited over 30 minutes. No receipt, asked for sauce, got none. Employees were less than polite. Food was ice cold and also realized we were missing 1/4 of our order. I doubt I'll ever eat here again. ud83dudc4e Horrible experience
