Phong helped me with buying a first time home. I really enjoyed working with Phong because he was extremely responsive and I did not feel pressured or stressed throughout the process. Emails, texts, and phone calls were sent between us both to help keep us both on the same page. He is good to have on your side because he is punctual and on time with everything to help push the process through. Phong is a very patient and professional agent. He was always willing to check out numerous houses at anytime I requested. He provide his broad knowledge of housing to help me make better buying decision. When it comes to pricing, I have to make firm offers and counter offers, however. It was a pleasant working with Phong. I'd recommend him to others.

I cannot fully to explain how wonderful my home buying experience was thanks to Mr Phong. Being a first home buyer, I found myself overwhelmed with the idea of buying a new home.
