Over a year ago I began to consider selling my house. This team came out and walked through my house. They provided me with the tools to use to make an informed decision. In their visit with me, they gave suggestions of things that I could do to make my house stand out. The timing was not right for me to sell at that time. But I did take into consideration all of the suggestions they had. One year later I knew the timing was right for me. I contacted them, we met again to go over any questions I had. Because of their knowledge of the market and skills in the field, my house sold in three days. They helped me through the whole process allowing me to make decisions that were best for me and my future. I would highly recommend this incredible team! They are both professional and friendly. They have the skills to get the job done for you.

Our property took 19 months to close due to an error in the abstract. Leah never quit and was always willing to help in any and every way. She went above and beyond to work with the county courthouse and lawyers whenever we needed help. Certainly only a few realtors would do the same.

I very seldom review anything but thought it was important to review Leah's performance. First of all, I gave her 5 stars since there was only a choice of 4 or 5. Now don't get me wrong, she did a great job but in my opinion no one is perfect, in anything. With my initial response to any review out of the way, I'll explain why I would recommend Leah as a realtor. This was not a typical or necessarily an easy listing. My in-laws were selling their hobby farm which brought it's own set of problems as well as problems with the title and description of the property which we didn't find out until late in the process. Leah was very professional, knowledgeable and well prepared from the start. She handled all of the issues we had extremely well and was easy to deal with. I believe you will certainly be happy hiring Leah.
