Thomes Brothers has been on Main Street in Arlington for over 125 years. How do they do it? They treat their employees well, and it transfers to treating the customers well. They have time to listen to what you need, and in most cases they have it in the store or can get it for you. You may think you can find better prices on appliances at the big box stores, you will not. And the big box stores do not deliver and set it up. Live in the Twin Cities they have that covered too.
