In the last 6 months this apartment building has made so many improvements. I was planning on moving but they finally have exercise equipment a gym. They write newsletters to keep us informed. They have a food shelf and deliver food. Just recently they had a food truck which I heard is going to happen again. Both Tina and Tracy have helped out doing COVID applying for help and letting us do payment plans. It’s actually becoming a nice place to live keep up the good work staffud83dude00

We have lived here for over 2 years and this place has been recently making positive changes! They’ve been updating the public spaces and excited to see more that they improve upon! Also, Tina (the new office manager) is amazing along with all the rest of the staff ud83dude01

The staff are very helpful, Brent is funny he makes all the kids laugh. Ms. Tracy is the candy lady and has a very inviting spirit. Ms. Tina has brought an amazing change, she listens to the resident and solves their problems. Ms. Jessica the Property Manager has made a lot of changes to the property giving the kids something to do and getting the workout room up and running. Ms. Crystal she always has a pleasant smile on her face. WE ALL MISS MS TONYA - She was the heart of Woodland North

Woodland North Apartments is wonderful place to live. Central to everything from schools to groceries and jobs. The management-staff is exceptional, second to none. Living here gives anyone some security of family safety. They try to provide immediate respond to tenants requests if not sooner.

The New Management is amazing!!! A far cry better than what I have seen in my 3 years here. Except for Miss Tonya, may she rest in peace and power. Matt Murphy does a great job for building C. Mukwa as the amenities guy is on his job all the time. Miss Tina and Tracey and Crystal are patient and helpful. This has been a covid blessing haven. My kids love it here as well.
