Wish I could give 3 1/2 stars. Decent place, it's clean, nice big windows let in lots of natural light. However these windows also bring in lots of sun heat and can make our apartment warm even in winter where we need AC! Also PLEASE get wiring checked in apartment before move in! Our power would go out randomly in spots of the apartment randomly right when we moved in. They sent an electrician to come look and he said the whole place was badly wired! He said it was amazing it didn't all go out at once. Moved our desk tops around lately and power keeps going out again now! most of our kitchen outlets don't work at all and it was too impossible for electrician to fix. Make sure all is checked thoroughly before move in. Otherwise nice place to live

Fantastic facilities. Less than stellar customer service, but the price can't be beat.

Brent is by far the most tenant oriented person that has worked here in our time living here. He always answers questions and makes sure any issues are resolved in a timely manner. He is always friendly and greets everyone when he sees them, something that you do not always get in larger apartment buildings. It makes all the difference.
