My camera and computer (worth $2,000) were stolen from my car in the parking garage and the management didn't do as much as they could have to help me find the person who did it and get my stuff back even though there was definitely enough information to find the person. They said they would cooperate with the police if they investigated, but the police in Minneapolis don't investigate petty crimes and the management at the apartment is aware of this and still doesn't do much even though the person who stole from me most likely lives in the building. I hope you don't get robbed if you decide to live here because the police won't help you and the management won't either. Also, the rent is really high for not that much space. It's an all around bad deal quite honestly.

Great location and friendly staff. I like the precautions they are taking for Covid. The finishes and roomy furnished apartments get 5 stars from me.

I’ve been living at the 700 for two years and i think it’s a great apartment among others in this area.nThings can still be improved - The parking space is relatively small but fair enough. The fitness room and equipments might need to be maintained better but as long as you let the staff know when things happen, they will take care of it.nThings I really like:nI like the location, as it locates on campus and easy to get to other places with the convenient transportation.nI like my furnished room and the size is fair enough with the price. (it might be a little bit high if you have limited budget but it’s furnished!).nI really enjoy living here because of the staff member such as Ricardo, they are really friendly and interact/ communicate with you well to make sure you get what you need.nIf you want to live at a place with a good location, furnished, fair prize, and great office staff, I recommend the 700!

One of the coolest buildings in the area. The units are nice, and stylish modern furniture is included in the rent. Not only is it super convenient to campus, it’s also a short tree-lined walk to the river. And the light-rail and buses give you quick, easy access to downtown Minneapolis and the whole Twin Cities.
