Elmwood Properties provides a great experience to renters who are new to the area and getting acclimated to Minneapolis. I was very fortunate to have lived in a very nice one bedroom apartment in the Como neighborhood for the past two years. The property manager was always very professional and kind. I was lucky enough to not require any help from the maintenance staff, but they were always happy to help and quick to fix any problems. These apartments are great for students or employees of the U of MN because they are affordable apartments within walking distance of the Twin Cities campus. Overall my experience with Elmwood Properties was great and I would recommend them to anyone who is new to the area and looking for a safe/nice apartment.

By far my best renting experience near the U. Management is responsive & friendly, the units are very nice, & the building & area are well maintained.

I've had a fantastic experience with Elmwood! I love that the location is super close to campus, off-street parking is provided and is pet friendly. The buildings are super clean and well maintained which is a huge perk if you have allergies. Management is extremely friendly, professional and on the ball - they respond to our needs immediately. The whole place is very quiet, private and SAFE, which was extremely important to me. Overall, it's been a great experience and has been the best place I've lived near the U of M.

Between my fiancé and I, this is the best place we've rented around the U. While the apartments are not the most flashy, they're quite comfortable and are a good value for the area. Maintenance responds promptly to all requests.nThe best aspect of Elmwood is the management - they're friendly, prompt, helpful, and most importantly: honest.

Elmwood Properties provides clean, secure affordable apartment options in the Como neighborhood near the U of MN. They have online security cameras at buildings so tenants can check entry ways and parking lots 24/7. They respond to any maintenance issues right away and work hard to meet the needs of renters. Many of the apartments are pet-friendly.
