looked at two duplexes of his and they are not even legally rentable! falling foundations, dead mice, unlocked doors, broken glass that could hurt someone, unlocked doors, horrible unsafe steps to a very unsafe basement. this landlord needs to be reported!

Moved into my new home almost a month ago with very little time, do to our last landlord selling our old house. and all I can say is I’m very pleased from the start. Thank you Patrick and Alyssa! You both are amazing, when something needs repairing it gets done before you can blink and say “wow”. Communication is clear as a window and very fast. Thank you for renting to us and our dog. We plan to call this house home for many years to come. We couldn’t be more grateful for your urgency in handling things.
