Expierenced very rude staff and young police officers! They think they are above people! Go back to school for proper training...

At first one of their staff was kind. But later experience was very bad! Law enforcement in other states and cities I have been in, were encouraging and helpful. Gave you a sense of being protected - I have not found this to be true at all in the Southwest corridor of Minnesota. Too bad.

I had a great experience with this department. They were informed of some stolen property and within 2 days had in recovered and left message they had it. Spoke to a couple officers who were nothing but professional & very nice. To tell you truth I don't think I've met a bad officer or anyone affiliated with the Police department my entire time here. I've worked 100's or more communities in my career and this definitely ranks in Top 3. The ppl of Fairmont are extremely lucky to have such professional and dedicated law enforcement officers.
