I always have a wonderful experience and the take great care of their customers.
I went here today and the nail tech was super nice, and my nails came out amazing. I love them so much!
I had an appointment at 4:30pm and I waited for 20 minutes while they took care of 2 walk-ins. There were only 2 workers but if you accept appointments, you should honor them. While talking to the person working, I specifically asked them when a good time to come in would be and they said 4:30pm so I said yes that would work since they were short handed. I won't be going back to this place, I will be going somewhere that actually takes care of the people who make the effort to call and make an appointment.
Easy to get an appointment. Very thorough and did a good job.
