J&M Carpet Renewal did a fantastic job on two tough stains on the carpets in my apartment. My landlord was requiring high quality work or else I’d have to replace the whole carpet, and J&M helped me figure out how to best fix and came within the week to do the work. They’re super flexible, communicative, and do great work (patch and color repair)

Lucas was AMAZING! He tackled it all and I have 2 toddlers , so imagine the stains ! I was impressed with his attitude and attention to detail and consistently asked me to check the areas after he’s completed a section.nHe’s a hard worker and after todays complete carpet cleaning I’m highly satisfied with his efforts.nI will recommend Lucas and J&M to my family friends and clients !

Jason and his team did an amazing job. They steam cleaned hardwood and tile floor along with sealing grout of the tile area. They arrived on time, did a very neat, clean & through job. Jason from the beginning was very responsive and quoted reasonable price. They kept up to their promised service as described. Will definitely have them come again.

I had an excellent experience with J&M. The person on the phone when i made the appointment was direct, professional and answered all my questions. Before my appointment time I received plenty of notifications via text and email. That was nice!nnWhen the technicians showed up they were fantastic. They were polite, respectful, professional as well as a good sense of humor. They told me everything they were going to do and how the process works before they started. They quoted the job and stuck to it. No crazy upsells.nnOn the COVID situation.. Jason came out a week ago to do our estimate and was quick but thorough and very honest. We knew some damage was bad, and he gave it to me straight and explained how his pet odor service could help us a great deal. Lucas from J&M Carpet Renewal repaired and cleaned the carpets in our rental today. We moved in a month ago and the prior tenants negligence made for a really filthy place! Upon arrival, Lucas put my mind at ease letting me know that he was a family man as well and knew how important having a clean home is with little ones running around. We asked for services such as pet stain and odor removal, carpet deep cleaning and a carpet damage patch. Lucas did an absolute marvelous job and checked in with me as his worked progressed. I’m fully impressed and may hire again when we move out! A wonderful family-owned company that really cares!
