I have been going to the Busy Bee Dry Cleaners for nearly 2 years now and they are incredibly professional with their work! I had to take one of my expensive jeans to be tailored and they did a fantastic job. I have and will continue to recommend Busy Bees to my coworkers and anyone and everyone who needs quick and easy dry cleaning for office clothes, blankets and etc. Thank you!!

Language barrier is a really big problem here and there is no way to communicate a special request. They nod like they get it but that’s not the case.nnHaving a fluent Spanish and English speaker on the customer facing side will be extremely helpful for everyone.

Picked up work uniform and wore it, took off my uniform and my shirt was stained from my tie. Went in to see what had changed, since I have been going there for 2 years. The worker (the wife of the owner) said it was caused by sweat. How so if I have been wearing my uniform for two years and this is the first time this happened. She said she has no idea and that its not her fault. She finally agreed to reclean it for free, after we had to argue with her. When I went to pick it up the next time I was met by the owner. He stated it was not their fault but ours. He then said to just buy new clothing. He said its probably all cheap. I let him know that the tie itself cost $50. He said I don't know and just walked away into his office. I called him back out and told him that was rude, he said he does not care and that I should find a new dry cleaning company. Won't ever go back, now I have to shell out $400 for a brand new uniform. Thanks guys.
