Mimi was the absolute sweetest and made my little sister Kate (not by blood but by heart) so happy today! They were so excited for her and her two big events this weekend and were very quick and efficient. We left and Kate was so upset they didn’t have more customers in the salon! She said it was the best experience she has had at a nail salon and never wants to go somewhere else. Thank you Mimi for an amazing experience!!
Always a good time! Mimi does prep and her husband does the color. Since its just the 2 of them appointments are recommended!
Staff is very nice. Technical skills not so great. I had a manicure. Massage was about 5 seconds on each arm. No hands. Nails were clipped and filed down to almost nothing. I asked for them to be shaped (square, rounded corners) with no length off. I had to stop her from filing any more length and shape myself. Lacquer was applied too thick with bubbles and on cuticles. Smudging was inevitable.
