I went in for a scheduled appointment and wasn’t allowed because I traveled 13 days ago. This is fine (understandable during a pandemic), but I should have been told over the phone that I wouldn’t be able to get my hair done if I traveled within two weeks. I had no symptoms and a normal temperature. The stylist then didn’t offer another appointment within a timely manner which was TWO sundays away...(they replied with a comment that said they offered one week away, they did not which is also unprofessional) (she has told me it will cost more if I don’t get it done in a certain timeframe) and didn’t even suggest another stylist in the salon to at least keep my business. When I said I should have been warned of this ahead of time, the stylist was unprofessional about it by making excuses. The front desk worker was more polite and said they will take that into consideration. I have been a customer at this salon for many years, and I will not be returning.

I have been going here for years. The staff is really friendly, helpful and flexible. I have never had a bad experience and, if I did, I know they would make sure I was happy when I left. Everyone here is personable and the salon environment is relaxing. They carry a nice line of top-quality products. I have never felt rushed in any of my appointments, even when some of them ran over my allotted time.

Great salon!! The only reason why I'm not giving 5 stars is for two reasons. 1. I paid $40 more then what I was quoted. Things were added without my permission. At least tell the clients and give them the option. That's my own fault for not questioning the bill at checkout. 2. I specifically asked for my hair not to be red or copper. Surprise surprise my hair is copper out in the sun!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Overall I loved my stylist and love the blonde she put in my hair.
