I’ve been going to Bella Diva for years and have always been happy with their services! The employees are kind, professional, and do a wonderful job. They’re very reasonably priced, and I usually come in for a gel manicure and pedicure monthly. The facility is very clean and I never find myself waiting as long as I call ahead to let them know I’m coming in.
I cannot believe the bad job these people did the guy did my nails took two hours to do them did such a bad job I kept having to come back he did not know how to do my topcoat was so rude and finally he said he fixed it but two days later everything shipped I will never ever go to them ever again please save your money and go somewhere else
the Man owner very impolite , bad service, a bad experience, never had a second time, Best to go to KT Nails in Rochester. They will always fit you in and are wonderful. This place was rude, no staff and I won't be back
I’m not much of a nails girl so I came in clueless. Judy helped me pick what I was looking for and did an amazing job. She is super sweet and goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and happy, 5 stars!!
Door says walk ins welcome, but no walk ins welcomed today. Best to go to KT Nails in Rochester. They will always fit you in and are wonderful. This place was rude, no staff and I won't be back.
