I used their salon services and the hair technician was very good. I say that because as a black woman going to a white stylist, having someone who can actually understand our different textures.! The dye, the cut and the blow dry. SUPERB!
This store is just great!! It’s more than shopping ud83dudecd it’s a necessity. If you’re looking for something in the store that they don’t have, they will find a way to get it for you. Now I get my hair cut, colored and styled. (Some people have said to me that it’s pricey $$$) but when I make an appointment they are with me for 3 to 4 hours the hairstylists are just amazing!!
I’ve been to this location many times since it’s opened, their premium nail polish selection is outstanding. Selena was very helpful and super friendly! Another employee was able to recommend other products similar to what I was already shopping for. Great service all around.
Nice store, poor customer service. With covid and everything going on, and the availability of everything being delivered online- the staff should thank their lucky starts and ESPECIALLY their customers. Most of them stand around until YOU approach them, then they seem annoyed. Ladies, it is your JOB, don't work there if you can't deal.
I only ever go to ulta because I know I will find everything I need! The staff make sure you are taken care of and if there is something you need help finding, the manager, Madi, is super helpful in giving advice on the best product for you!
