Viva Nails Spa

I went with my daughter to get our nails filled she had been there before and told me that they did a great job so we decided to go there today. When they were ready for us the guy asked one of us to come over to the table so I sat down and gave him my hands. He got up from the table went to the back room then came back to the front checked his phone and then started to mop the front doorway. Like if he wasn’t ready why would he asked me to sit at the table. Then I got my feel done and my nails looked good. My daughter saw a different technician who was female and she told her that she wanted a fill and also wanted to change her color from dark gray to red. Instead of explaining that they could not change the color from dark to light without a new set they started to remove her nails when I walked over I asked the lady what she was doing she said she was going to put the shellac over my daughters real nails without any tips because it was healthier for her. I said no you should not have taken off her tips because that’s not what she wanted. We thought it was going to cost $30 and I ended up paying $45 for a new set. I then told the guy who helped me I wanted to pay for my daughters nails I told him I was not happy with the lady taking her nails off without explaining what she was doing. They explain to us the dark color to light color after they had taken her nails off. My daughter is very unhappy with the set that she received. The lady who helped her was not professional at all and cut her several times with the tools.

Great place!! They are quick to get you in even if you don't make an appointment. My nails always look great and they last. I am very rough on nails and my dip lasts 3 plus weeks!!!

They do the best work, are gentle and never tell you you can't get what you want. You can show them a picture and they will match it ten fold. Any design you give them they will make it look so great. Would highly recommend for everyone! They also have so many choice for colors and have really great prices!

I always went there for my nails. They haven't made me feel like a valued customer and trust me I tip well and I don't mean to sound rude but I've gone there for 7 years and the last 3 times I've gone I will never go back.
