Great Employees & Stocked Shelves!nnMy daughter & I love this store because of the ladies that manage & work at this location! Maria & Joy are great ladies & managers and keep the store stocked so it’s rare to find them out of product! They are also kind & always stop to ask how your day is and if you found everything you were looking for!nnLove Lina who does AMAZING brows & now my entire family sees her as well but Katherine & Samira do an amazing jobs & we love seeing them! If you need help with product they’re great with makeup as well & can advice what products would be best for you!!!nnThis store really feels like visiting family & has felt that way from the beginning which is why we continue at this location! Thank you all for making every trip here like visiting friends!!!

I came in for the first time to look around the store, and it was very nice. The employees walking around the store were very kind and helped me find the products I was looking for.nnThe cashier, however, was quite rude. She asked me if I had an Ulta account and I said no. She didn't even ask if I wanted to sign up or not - just demanded for my phone number. I declined since it was my first time here, and I wasn't sure if I'd come back often enough to use it. She asks if I know anyone else that has an account. I say no. She aggressively demands for my number again because it'll be good for me. This goes on for a few minutes, and I've had to say no 3-4 times. It felt like it was never ending and I was ready to drop my products and walk out of the door. My friend who I was with speaks up and tells her in a firmer tone that, no, we weren't signing up today.nnFinally, the cashier stops asking and I'm able to pay and leave with my products. I noticed after declining to sign up, her friendly act dropped quite fast. I was sooo happy to be out of that store. I will definitely not be coming here anymore.

I’ve been going here to have my eyebrows waxed and shaped for about three years now and since Covid happened they’ve gone down to one girl doing them. She does an amazing job but it is so hard to get an appointment that’s not 2 weeks out. They still haven't hired another person, or brought back the girl who I used previously, even though other locations have multiple girls working under the current guidelines with a covid. I was able to book an appointment before my vacation at the Ulta on Hall Rd, but it’s not as convenient for me. This location really needs to hire another girl, or at least someone who can work the days that Savanah is off.
