We went through the drive thru this afternoon. I had special orders for a family of three - everything was prepared correctly, and tasted delicious! They seemed a little backed up (possibly training a new hire) but everyone involved was pleasant and professional, and this is why I go out of my way to utilize this Taco Bell as opposed to closer ones. Excellent service!

You know with taco bell they are not all created equal. Hit them with a medium size order with a few items customized. They were quick and hit the order dead on. I didn't have to pull forward. Impressive. If I have to pull up or order not right I will share it for sure. But they did good today

This place has messed my order up a couple of times but I give this place 4 stars because of a manager called Taylor that works there. That guys is amazing at his job and his customer service is great. I will continue to go back and stick with them because of him I would give it 5 stars honestly if my food was right. And it’s not that it’s super wrong it’s just I’m picky and I order things a certain way and just expect it to be down the right way but Taylor has taken care of me every time with a smile on his face. Thank you buddy

Ordered on the app, was very specific about customizing some items. The cashier even repeated at the drive thru that I requested no lettuce on 4 regular tacos. They hand out the bag, taped shut, told us order was completed correctly. Drive home...there was lettuce on the 4 tacos I requested no lettuce on!!! Here is the dilemma, drive all the way back letting everyone else's food get cold or scrap it off, including the cheese and put shredded cheese from my refrigerator on them. Why can't they just get it right?
