Called the next day after my hair cut because I wanted more cut off, left a message called the next day and let another message. Called an Thursday but didn't get a call back until Monday and was told d she was to busy but would give be a discount on next cut or could call if she had a opening sooner. I only needed some more cut off the top and on one side I just thought I could get squeezed in for a few minutes.
Highly recommend. I had my hair done by Brit. He is very good, really knows his stuff. I never know what to do with my hair and I truly appreciate someone like him who knows what's best. I recently moved here and am very happy to have found this place. Staff is great, fair prices, amazing hair service, what more could you ask for!
absolutely horrible, I called in March to reserve my wedding in August, no one sent me anything, April comes I messaged them, they sent me the contract. I returned it the SAME DAY, they charged my account for my bridal party reservation, then today messaged me saying they gave my day away to someone else when I submitted my contact almost two months ago April 16,2019. Now they won't talk to me or message me back about my appointment or refund. I would never refer or suggest this salon. Poor business practice.
Very nice salon! Staff is really friendly. The stylists take the time to stop and listen to what you want. They ask questions and make recommendations. It is a very relaxed atmosphere, never feeling rushed. The complimentary vanilla chai is excellent.
