The staff is thorough and courteous. They pay close attention to detail and make an attempt to retain your regular preference of hair style. I ordered, as usual, the cut and shampoo, which includes a head massage (a relaxing and satisfying addition to the cutting services provided). Krystal, my stylist, is friendly and careful to get right the style of my choice. SmartStyle discounts, via their website and emails, also make the price much more worth the trip (you will have to sign up for emails). I highly recommend haircuts from SmartStyle.
