Pizza was free Soni won't complain much but there sure were a lot of onions on my pizza for specifically telling them I have allergies to onion.
Original review I gave 2 stars. I believe about a year ago. I could be wrong. Wanted to give a quick update. I didn't want to drive out of my way just to get dinner at another location. So I stopped by this location. Service is a lot better. Noticed a few new employees. So glad to see employees that want to help customers instead of being rude to them and behind their back. Kudos to the management team. Your employees Tuesday evening were spot on!
Love their gourmet vegetarian. Extra artichokes please! Lol

when I went in the staff was not wearing masks around the food, Messed my pizza up and the pizza I picked up for my grandma who could have had a reaction to the green onion they put on hers the second time we called the young man was very rude saying they might not have time to redo the order because they closed in 15 minutes and when we had to call a again they refused to pick up the phone even though we tried to contact them multiple times. And we never got my grandmothers order replaced or refunded ended up having to buy grandma something else for dinner. It was definitely the worst interaction I've had with any papa Murphy's and any restaurant in the Covington area exept the local KFC
