Extremely unprofessional, never returns calls/ emails. If you call him 15 times he will not get back to you. He also leaves his listings on active sale when they have been under contract and then he does not change the listing.

Don't work with them. They are in bed with the park owners. I never met Roland but Cynthia will be all smiles in the beginning then as negotiations moves forward she will start getting rude then flat out disrespectful. Mobil homes are great! Just shop around for different agents.
