I had two very small carpet repairs needed to be fixed that would have been under the minimum rate (which is still very low and reasonable). Darren offered to clean my stairs with the repair since my repair was so small. I highly recommend DK Carpet Cleaning! My repair looks amazing and so do my clean stairs! Darren is honest, knowledgeable and his rates are reasonable for the amazing work he does!

D.K.'s carpet cleaning service is the worst ever service I have experience in my life. I used his service to clean and polish my laminated brand new floor three weeks ago and paid him in cash. He destroyed my whole laminated floor with water bubbles everywhere. He came to inspect the floor the next day and got surprised to see the damage he caused. He promised to come back to fix it the following week and advise to keep all the furniture outside and never answer or return my call or email. I live in Auburn, and I am one of his neighbors. How can he do such a thing to his neighbor? Honestly, I find it very shameless as an entrepreneur without any accountability to his customer. I am a median household family man, and this is my first home, and it is tough for me to repair it, especially during this pandemic. I chose his service based on all the reviews, but my experience became the worst nightmare. It will cost me more than a fortune, $6000 for the damage. Now, there is no other way for me than seeking legal help. I would not recommend his service to anyone. Please read this review before you choose his service.

I was in the process of selling my house, and had two major home repairs, carpet and painting. After dealing with a not so professional painting company, DK Carpet came in and gave me faith in professional services again. He communicated before he arrived, was on time, and finished quicker than he anticipated. He was friendly, professional, and did an amazing job on my very dirty carpets. He also stretched them and got all the bubbles out! GREAT SERVICE! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
