First of all this was my first time there and the lady didn’t even greet me I waited at the counter for almost a minute, then she proceeds to tell me that she cannot clean my bedspread or may not be able to get it all the way clean. Then point out a tiny hole in it and requires me to pay upfront before she cleans it. I took my bedspread and left that’s the first and last time I will ever visit this place
Fantastic place!! I took a VERY soiled wedding dress there and had little hope of it getting clean!! When I picked it up I was surprised to see a beautiful white dress with no chocolate stains, foot prints, dog prints, wine or stained hem! The service was excellent, employees so kind and helpful!! My new go to place for dry cleaning needs!
I’m glad I’ve discovered Lees Cleaners. I’m a new customer, and my first experience was really good. Jane was great ud83dudc4d. She did a really good job on my jacket, and on my blanket. Thank you Jane ud83dude4f I’ll be a regular customer now.
I have been using Lee's for the past 10 years, and their services are always top notch. They recently repaired a large tear in my jeans, which is now barely noticeable. They have also repaired an unraveled 60 year-old sweater of my dad's, that now looks like new, and a motorcycle jacket with technical fabric that was pulling away from the leather. Lee's continues to tailor and clean my uniform shirts and pants, along with other drycleaning needs. Great place to go in Covington!
I’ve been going to Lee’s for around 5 years now. I can’t imagine taking my clothes anywhere else. They always do an incredible job. The pricing is great and very fair. The staff is always smiling and are extremely friendly. I have recommended friends and family here as well and they all say the same thing. Best Dry Cleaner I have ever used! Definitely recommended!
