Great place to rent from. Maintenance responds quickly to fix any issues, management sends reminders about rent and moving cars for plowing. Management makes moving from one apartment to another with them at the end of your lease super easy so there isn't a one or two day window where you don't have a place to go. Finding an available apartment on their website was way easier than the other management places in the area. Paying rent online is super easy as well.

When I went touring for my first solo apartment, Chad was a huge help! He gave great advice while I was selecting the one I wanted, and he was super honest with me throughout the entire process. Cannot recommend KC enough!

You cannot beat the value of their apartments especially given the location. I live in a 1-bedroom within walking distance from work, on the bus line, and not too far from downtown Orono for a reasonable price. They have always been responsive to my maintenance requests and even offer a resigning bonus if you chose to sign with them early.

It is a safe and quite place to live. Response with any issues are prompt. Neighbors are friendly, a good mix of people.

Have loved living here. KC management is reliable for help with things around the apartment, and are reasonable and communicative with their tenants.
