We rented from him for 2 years and it was not that bad. We ended up getting charged for missing refrigerator drawers despite not even having them when we initially moved in. It can sometimes take awhile to hear back about maintenance requests. We had a tree down and it didn't get cleared for awhile. Out of all the property managers/realtors in the area, Scott is the best one. Not sketchy and doesn't hide hidden fees. Overall, very relaxed and understanding.
