This particular Subway went above and beyond to make a great sandwich. Lots of toppings, fresh bread and great customer service with a very helpful attitude.nThe guy that made our sandwiches seemed as though he was really happy to help us. Clean place and everything was great!

I frequent this place regularly during the sports seasons. Tonight I went through the drive thru and was told that I was not allowed to place my order there. Okay, weird I thought because I do this all the time, but thought maybe there was a policy change. Then I went inside, placed the order, and proceeded to pay with gift cards that my daughters were given for Christmas. The first gift card went through. The second one didn't work. The cashier (the same one who told me I had to order inside to get the food and couldn't use the drive-thru) looked at me and asked me if I stole the gift card. I was pretty upset by this and explained they were christmas gifts for my daughters and that we were told each one had $15 on it. Nope, she persisted to tell me that they were not activated so unless I had a receipt, it must've not been paid for and continued to insinuate that it was stolen. Then I looked at the receipt from the first one and saw that there was another $20 left on the card that was only supposed to have $15 to begin with and figured that there must've been a mistake when they were originally purchased with activation. I got a crooked apology and went on my way. This is pretty terrible customer service and as a frequent customer I'm deeply offended and disgusted by the way I was treated tonight.
