Place is good with certain people doing your nails.

I have been getting my nails done for over 20 years, and hands down the best set I have ever had was done here on my 1st visit. This is my place from now on! Awesome service, and amazing technique.

My fiance and I both got a manicure/pedicure and then she got her nails done. The lady who did her nails is the owner or one of the owners and she did a really good job. Great attention to detail. The lady that did my manicure and pedicure did a really good job also. She actually cared about what she was doing.

My first impression as I walked in for my appointment was that this salon was empty. There is no music and I’ve never been more anxious while getting my nails done, it was absolutely silent. I was not really welcomed just told to sit , no one spoke to me at all, if even about my nails it was one sentence never a conversation. During my nails the tech did not really understand what I wanted or asked for sue seemed confused and disinterested. I just let her do the nails to give it a chance. She took a 5 minute break to sit there and text while I waited with giant acrylics glued to nails and not trimmed. After she finished she told me, without being prompted, the price and then proceeds to inform me “thay doesn’t include tip”, so I said “what?” Because certainly I misheard her but she said “well you had me use a few different colors on your nails so I just wanted you to know the tip isn’t included”. I didn’t even get what I had tried to ask for by any means & as someone who gets their nails done frequently I am shocked that was said to me. I felt very uncomfortable but continued with my pedicure because he had already began to set it up since no one else was in the salon and frankly I felt like I might get yelled at. The man doing mynPedicure did not speak a word to me. He stood over me as I picked my color and seemed annoyed with me the entire time. I was very uncomfortable and as I shared this experience with family and friends I got very similar stories that people have gone here and swear never to go back. I will never recommend it here and I hope you’re able to fix your atmosphere and customer service. Doesn’t matter that you were COVID certified and have low prices, you get what you pay for. My nails already chipped and it’s not even a week. I will most definitely go back to my old nail salon and pay the higher prices to actually feel relaxed and pampered as well as actually getting what I want done without judgement and rude comments.

Received a wonderful patriotic themed dip yesterday. Such a pleasure to see Sun, and Nathan again. Doing a great job with implementation of recommended guidelines.
