I used to come here and get services through Tam, and he always did an amazing job. But I had not gone to this place in over a year.nnYesterday I went with my step daughter for a girly day. We had big plans for our ombre nails in gel. The lady said they can't to obmre in gel, only dip. Mind you, I've gotten my nails done TONS of times and had beautiful ombre in gel. She was lying to get the up-sell. But I didn't want to disappoint the little one, so we stuck with the ombre plan and splurged on the dip.nnThere was no warm water soak in the beginning, they didn't even touch our cuticles, and worst there was no fluffy little lotion massage at the end... and it was $50 each. Definitely a rip off.
Loved this place and will definitely be going back! She did an amazing job on my nails, making sure it’s the color I like. Was able to pick out a color ahead of time on Facebook, was given a personal box to bring each time so I know the equipment is being used only by me.
Great customer service and they do an awesome job
Very good job. Only trouble is that i had to wait for atleast 15 mins with my feet soaked in the tub until we had someone do my pedicure.
Great place...been going for years. Clean and comfortable. Talented techs!
