Andy is great to deal with. I've worked with Andy both as a buyer and seller and he knows it all, but in a great way. He is able to explain everything to you in a concise and easy to understand way. Cheryl is and was always available to help out and answer any extra questions or issues I had. I wish that all realty companies worked like Andy and Cheryl do. Andy's knowledge of the area is amazing, also, and he is always there to answer and extra questions and help out with recommendations.

Andy is a highly talented realtor who has an immense scope of knowledge, which ensures that the buying process will be smooth sailing. Andy knows the area through and through- and takes the time to explain the nuts and bolts of the properties, the neighborhood, local contractors that can help, rental potential, pretty much all fine details one needs to know when making a purchase. This information is invaluable for out of state buyers, and you can rest assured that Andy covers all the bases with his clients. Cheryl is a true gem, always on hand to answer questions, relay information, and provide essential information in the process. I honestly don't know how Andy and Cheryl keep such long hours, but between them both they are readily available to help their customers. I am grateful for all the help both Andy and Cheryl gave me. Even though I am a New Englander, and familiar with many parts of Maine, Andy and Cheryl gave me first rate insight into Northern Maine.
