I contacted Desmond to purchase a home as well as sell my current home. When it came to the sales process, he was quick to get out to the home and put a value on it, take photographs, and get it listed. Our home had multiple offers and had a sale pending within 3 days. He also fought extremely hard for me to ensure I received the most profit out of my sale and stayed in constant communication with me about the status. We looked at multiple homes and he was always available to show them, even when it wasn't a very convenient time. Our purchase process went so smoothly and we close on our new home tomorrow. Couldn't have asked for a better realtor and will recommend him to friends and family for years to come!

Desmond is the only realtor that I would use again or recommend! He is a rock star. Very knowledgeable and professional. He is willing to meet anytime that is convenient for you and has a ton of patientance. He doesn't pressure you, gives his honest opinion and lets you shop at your pace. What a great experience working with him!

Desmond was great to work with through the entire process. From the home evaluation all the way to the closing he was always quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. We fell we got top dollar for our property and had excellent service as well

Working with Desmond was an absolute pleasure. He knew the market, advised us very well, and is very professional. Communication with Desmond was about as easy as it gets. Call, email, text, and he responds almost immediately. He was available for each showing and inspection and even went to an inspection on my behalf when I couldn't make one.
