I asked if I could go on a patrol ride along a year ago, spoke with a lieutenant. He said they don't really do that, but he'd ask the chief, never got a call back. Shelby County sheriff I had no problem, went right away. Go figure

Absolutely disgusted with this towns law enforcement’s inability to know the difference between law breakers and good people. They’re so bent on pushing their power around that they don’t even provide common respect to law abiding good people. They literally attempt to make everyone a criminal or have some type of record. Just last night, I was at my sons after he left for work putting up blinds, and 7 officers show up as we’re finishing up because I yelled killing a spider and someone thought I yelled for help. We explained about the spider and they even saw the dead evidence but they still interrogated my daughter in law asking about my son who hadn’t even been home for almost an hour. Ran a warrant scan on a guy that wasn’t even home for the past hour and had no idea what was going on. Shelbyville police trying their best to spin this as a domestic call. Disgusting display. Tryin to criminalize a young boy out working his butt off for his young family. It’s beyond upsetting. It’s sick.

Punk police officer assaulted a man Saturday night at West Side Bar and claimed he was pushed first. He obviously lied and there are a lot of witnesses. But his chief supports him so the truth is a moot point. Gotta love these redneck small town cops.
