Ordered the French dip and swiss and jalapeno poppers the food was great constructive criticism the meat was cut a bit thick but other than that happy

This Arby's is pretty consistent on quality. We love their mozzarella cheese sticks but they were out of them this visit, so we tried their jalapeno poppers and they were pretty tasty. Service is friendly and helpful. Overall this was a tasty visit!

The guy in drive thru was working his @$$ off, but was doing a fantastic job. This was honestly the first time in a very long time that my food was hot, fresh, and I didn't wait an astronamical time for it! I didn't see his name, but he definitely deserves more than what he is being paid right now, I'm almost certain of that!

This is for Shelbyville Indiana store.i only order mozzarella sticks and jalapeno bites. They always have premade. Yuck either cold or mushy. They should be made fresh every order

The young man who took our order was very nice! My son has dubbed him a secret gamer pro because he knew so much about the game being promoted in the kids meals. He even went through the pre-made kids meal bags to get my son the coolest toy and halfway through out meal brought him an extra!! How cool it that! The food was good n' hot, plus we didn't have to wait long at all!
