Vinnie's River Cabins

What a great time!! Beautiful fun cabin. We loved the game room. We will be back!!

Stayed there last year. Absolutely wonderful, lots of room in Hickery hill, and a great hot tub. We were taken care of in all our needs. The river view is pleasant, and the quiet strolls to the general store reminded you that you were out of the normal routine. WOULD RECOMMEND

Wouldnt give this place even 1 star if I could give a review with out it. I found out after driving out there to this establishment that there isn't even a office to go to. I went there to put a cash deposit down for a reservation. I called the # from the website to try & get a hold of someone for directions, was laughed at by the person on the other end that answers his phone hello instead of Vinnies River Cabins. Which kind of sent red flags that something isn't right. I was told by that man I had to put my deposit down via telephone with my credit or debit card, I am not putting down a deposit with anyone over the phone not getting to see the cabin before hand & I would not have any receipt or proof that I put one down, sounds like a good way to get your account drained. Also he proceeded to tell me He isn't any where near there & that he can't show me cabin, or take my cash deposit. So my question is if your not anywhere around there then how can you manage the grounds properly?( clean, manage, be there if anyone needs assistance or has emergency) & after this rude unprofessional man laughs at me I proceed to continue to look at the reviews & now I understand why you can't see before you put a deposit down because the reviews tell me the cabins are nice on the outside but the inside is dirty & not clean. I am ever so thankful that you laughed at me & I seen these reviews because there is countless other cabins to stay in that will allow you to see before you put money down & that has a office's that are manned & can take your cash. A little advice don't laugh at people!!
